Teen Zumba

When I started this blog, I thought I’d write about teen exercising in general, covering all types of it, but very soon it became clear it's centered around weightlifting. But today, I want to shift paces, as I talk about Zumba. 

I like to describe Zumba as a sort of fitness dance, mixing exercise with a groovy dance party. Furthermore, you don’t even need prior dancing experience; simply turn on a workout video on YouTube and follow along while vibing to the music. You will also find a range of different videos with varying difficulties and music, so choose one that fits your skill level and taste and start Zumba-ing (I don’t think that’s a word)

Although I tried multiple different sports before I started lifting,I've never diverted once I began, but for many, lifting might not be the exercise you’re made for, and until you find that giving these various options a try is the best way to go, and who knows,maybe Zumba is what suits you.
