  • Neck Rolls – 2 slow rolls each direction
  • Shoulder Rolls – 5 forward, 5 back
  • Cat-Cow Pose – 5 rounds
  • Child’s Pose – Hold for 30–60 seconds
  • Downward Dog – Hold for 30 seconds
